He was incredibly resourceful (he decided to secure the screens directly into the brick) and professional, walking me through every step of his process. His work was so thorough and well done, I asked him to come back and add another panel to the privacy screen, which was done with much efficiency. And again, he took the extra step to make sure it would be stable by fastening it to the wall. He definitely knows what he’s doing and will do whatever it takes to meet your expectations and act on your home improvement visions. We hired Alex to reinstall a glass storm door that came out of its frame in the latest 3-day wind storm in Boston! We were sure this would be a huge job, but Alex was able to diagnose what he needed to do and stayed very close to his estimate (rebuild the frame - not an easy feat. This is an old house that has settled and shifted, not exactly level). He installed it and it fits the frame even better than before!
